As a result of an increased workload, Qi Refurbs and Contracts relocated to a brand new premises on Hortonwood in Telford. This development allowed Qi Commercial Flooring to also be located to the neighboring property.
QiCF took on the flooring installations in both premises.
The renovation of QiRC's office involved converting an empty unit with concrete floors into a modern environment showcasing Polyflor Wood FX Vinyl, along with Likewise Bellshill carpet tiles installed in the offices.

Flooring Removal & Replacement
Penarth
Our team of floor layers attended Penarth practice to uplift and replace the entrance hallway, two staircases, one landing and one waiting area flooring in new Forbo Wood safety flooring.
Our clients had recently upgraded their flooring specifications and requested QiCF to replace theses within their practice.
A retail store in Chippenham faced challenges when a riverbank burst causing the basement to flood and be inaccessible to the staff.
QiCF partnered with QiRC to restore the basement to its original condition. The flooring was replaced in all areas of the basement from laminate flooring to Polyflor Wild Mushroom Vinyl. Along side all the skirting boards and architraves.

Staircase & nosings removal and replacement
Brixham
In accordance with their new specifications, our client requested the ground floor staircase to be replaced from LVT to Forbo Surestep Wood Vinyl along with new Gradus nosings.
A feather finish smoothing compound was applied to the staircase in preparation for the flooring installation.
